AVDP Director on project tour

Our model is rooted in participation, transparency, and community ownership. Here’s how we make impact:

  • We reclaim and cultivate rich inland valley swamp lands.

  • We train and employ local youth in farming cycles and technology.

  • We use co-funding and grants to build critical infrastructure.

  • We partner with government, private donors, and international allies.

  • We are led by a passionate team of local coordinators with support from our U.S.-based CEO.

Our approach is bold, transparent, and replicable across Sierra Leone.
